Where most Cordon Bleu is made from chicken, these are made from pork. By adding spices to the ground pork, combined with some delicious cheddar cheese and ham on the inside and topped off with wheat crumbs on the outside, a very tasty product has been created. Pan-fry this appetizing product and you will have yourself a dish that is well worthy of the name Cordon Bleu (Bleu Ribbon). Pan fry at high heat for 5 minutes until the outside is gold/brown. Turn heat to low for another 5-10 minutes until the inside is well cooked through. Turn regularly to avoid burning.
